Bullish Divergence on Daily MacD
- daily MacD formed a bullish divergence since Aug when stock headed lower low
- stock finally broke above immediate downtrend line in end-Oct on heavy volume
- if stock could close above recent closing high of $0.625 , it is likely to further test 38.2% Fibonacci retracement above $0.90

Indofood Agri (2008-12-01 Closing Price $0.46)

After hitting 0.66 and retraced, tested the low at 0.37, Indofood Agri is now facing resistance from a short term down trend line.  Judging from the shorter white candle bodies, I don't think it will break through and test 0.66 again this round.

Indofood Agri (2009-02-06 Closing Price $0.62)

Previous rally only tested resistance at 0.66 and started to retrace.  Now we see a white candle and looks like it is going to challenge 0.66 again.  Keep a close watch.

- stock formed a bearish H&S Top Reversal breakout on 7/7, made a short recovery and resume falling on 13/7
- yet another bearish Flag has formed (the 4th!!) and daily ADX has risen above DI- from below both DIs, suggesting a new trend has formed (i.e. Down...)
